This strategic move will elevate their ownership stake from 36.17% to 38.32%. The additional capital is aimed at bolstering the lender's balance sheet, facilitating growth initiatives, and supporting its ambitious goal of reaching Rs 32,000 crore in assets under management (AUM) by 2030.
